While the world is focused on dealing with this pandemic of COVID-19 or Coronavirus, we are encouraged to look at the bigger picture.
In everything we do, we are surrounded by energy. Energy has always been, will always be, cannot be created and cannot be destroyed. Energy shifts into different shapes and forms, yet it always remains what it has always been.
Mother Nature might have reached a breaking point, without going into total collapse. All of her children wanted more and more and more and she finally just snapped, ordered everyone into time-out and is sitting back and breathing for a while.
Consider all the places in the world that people flock to experience; whether for holiday, rest, sightseeing, etc. All of those places are inundated with energy, from so many different sources, and all of those energies converging into one place, one area, one collective grouping and can be overwhelming in a sensory respect.
But now, starting in the East, area after area has closed down, with the closures making their way all around the world. Temporarily, but still, we are shutting out the extra energy that often interferes with our own. Beaches, for example, are closed where I live in South Florida, in the United States of America. We have access points all along the beach that are groupings of stairs that get us down to the sand and Atlantic Ocean. This time of year is a gorgeous time of year to be at the beach, taking in the salty air, feeling the sunlight on your face and breathing in your own moments of calm and “reset.”
With the beaches closed, humans can still walk the sidewalks and ride bicycles in the street along the beach, with the water in view, but Mother Nature has said, “I need a minute.” “I need a minute from you humans, from your trash, from your waste, from your ignorance of the earth beneath you and wildlife around you. I need you to go home, stay home, and give the rest of your earthly inhabitants a period to exist without your threatening behavior.”
This global reset won’t last forever but while we’re here, and while we’re taking pause, reflect on what else is happening for your planet, for your family, for your friends and for your fellow humans. We are being given a huge opportunity to focus on our health, while its importance is being extremely highlighted at this time with calls to stay home and give people some distance. We’re too close – too involved – too immersed in everyone else; we need to heed this cue to get immersed within ourselves. Spend time focusing on what you love, what you’re grateful for and who you have in your life. Pay attention to who has released you, who values you and who has made it clear you’re not a priority for them, even when they have all the time in the world. Allow this period of time to run its course and don’t make hasty decisions until you resume what you consider to be normal or embark on what you will call your “new” normal. Do everything you can during this time to love yourself, heal yourself, mend your mind and strengthen your spirit.
Realign with your center of gratitude and allow The Divine Align to guide to be exactly where you are meant to live.
